At Buggaz, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day hassle-free return policy.
Eligibility for Returns
• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Perishable goods (such as those which need to be in cold chain constantly) and personalized items cannot be returned for safety reasons.
• Clearance or final sale items are non-refundable.

2. Receive a Return Label – We provide a free return shipping label for eligible returns.
3. Pack and Ship – Securely pack the item and drop it off at your nearest shipping center.
4. Get Your Refund – Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
